NYQUISTA HERSE sp. Komandytowa. based in Sulejówek (05-070), ul. Sobieskiego 153 in the further part of the Privacy Policy referred to as NYQUISTA is the data controller within the meaning of Art. 4 point 7 of the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679/EU (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”), we also use the services of entities processing personal data on behalf of the controller, as referred to in Art. 4 point. 8 GDPR. We process personal data in accordance with the provisions of GDPR, the Personal Data Protection Act, as well as specific regulations.
General provisions
At NYQUISTA, we pay special attention to the privacy of our employees, clients, and other subcontractors. One of its key aspects is the protection of the rights and freedoms of individuals in relation to the processing of their personal data.
We ensure that the processing of your data is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679/EU (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR"), the Personal Data Protection Act, as well as specific provisions (included, among others, in labor law or accounting law).
As NYQUISTA, we implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security corresponding to the potential risk of breaching the rights or freedoms of individuals with varying probabilities of occurrence and severity of threat.
We take care to protect the interests of the data subjects and, in particular, ensure that such data is processed:
in accordance with the provisions concerning the protection of personal data,
in accordance with the implemented Security Policy,
to the extent and for the purpose necessary to fulfill legitimate interests (legally justified purposes), and the processing does not violate the rights and freedoms of the data subject.
What rights do individuals have whose data is being processed?
NYQUISTA takes appropriate measures to provide all relevant information and conduct all communication regarding the processing of personal data in a concise, clear, understandable, and easily accessible form, using plain and simple language, concerning the rights of individuals whose data is being processed, namely to:
access to data,
rectification,
deletion or restriction of processing,
the right to object,
the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
The deletion of personal data may occur as a result of withdrawing consent or filing a legally permissible objection to the processing of personal data.
NYQUISTA may process personal data after the withdrawal of consent only for the purposes of pursuing any claims before a court or if national or EU regulations or international law obligate us to retain the data.
NYQUISTA has the right to disclose the User's personal data and other data to authorized entities based on applicable legal provisions (e.g., law enforcement authorities).

The purposes and legal bases for processing your personal data
Your personal data is processed for the purpose of marketing your own products and services based on Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR* (consent given by the data subject).

Processing period
Your personal data will be processed until you withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data.
The obligation to provide personal data
Providing data is voluntary; without providing data and expressing consent, Nyquista will not send you commercial information to the specified email address.
